In this document « Commodity » shall be understood to be low Sulphur
content « Colonial Grade Ultra Light Diesel (D2) sulphur 0.02% max.
SPECIFICATIONS: GOST 105-85-75 - annexed - A
ORIGIN: RUSSIA
QUANTITY: 500.000 MT per month (FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND METRIC TONS PER
MONTH) The total contractual Quantity of the commodity sold and
purchased under this agreement is not less as 500.000 MT (FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAN METRICTONS) (+/5%) of RUSIAN GASOIL D2.L2-02-62 GOST 305-82
DELIVERY: Rotterdam CIF
FIXED PRICE: US $ 610/MT (United States Dollars SIX HUNDRED AND TEN METRIC TONS)
PAYMENTS TERM: RDLC IREEVOCABLE-CONFIRMABLE-TRANSFERABLEPOP:
AS PER THE CONTRACT.
INSPECTION: By SGS.
