Delivery: 1.250.000 MT AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE LIFTING
Price: Gross/Net:

COMMISSION:
50% SELLER SIDE CLOSED (PAID BY SELLER)
50% BUYER SIDE FULLY OPEN
PROCEDURE:
1.Buyer confirms soft offer (this offer.) and return with counter sign.
2.Buyer issue ICPO with banking details.
2.Seller issues FCO.
3.Buyer signs and returns FCO with acceptance letter to the Seller.
4.After acceptance of FCO the Buyer should issue BCL to our bank.
5.Seller Issues draft contract open for amendments.
6.Upon acceptance of the draft contract, Buyer and Seller execute the contract.
7.Seller releases tank receipt and proof of product (POP) to the buyer.
8.Upon successful verification of tank receipt and POP, Buyer's bank issue MT 103/23 (Conditional Bank Pay Order by SWIFT) to Seller's bank payable against Title and shipping documents as per LIFT.
9.The SGS inspection charges will be borne by the seller.
10.Delivery / Lift commences as per schedule given in the contract.
11.Seller releases payment to all Brokers/Agents as per MFPA according to lifted quantity within 24 hours upon lifting.
